  • 1 part rosehips Rosa rubiginosa
  • 1 part hibiscus flowers Hibiscus sabdariffa
  • 1/2 part yellow dock root Rumex crispus
  • 1/2 part dandelion root Taraxacum officinale
  • 1 cinnamon stick Cinnamomum verum
  • 1/4 part rose petals
    Rosa damascena

*Botanical names are included to ensure accurate identification and safety.

Directions

Step 1

Measure Ingredients : Decide how much tea you want to make. For example, if you use 1 tablespoon as your "part," use 1 tablespoon (1 part) of green tea leaf, and 1/2 tablespoon (1/2 part) of yellow rock root.

Step 2

Combine Herbs : In a bowl, mix your measured herbs. If you are making a large batch, you can preserve the mixture in a glass mason jar or container.

Step 3

Making Tea : Add the herb mixture to a cup and add in boiling water (175–180°F). Let steep for 10 minutes. A good rule of thumb is 1-2 tsp of dried herbs to 8 oz water.

Step 4

Sweeten with organic raw honey if you'd like. Enjoy up to 3 cups a day. Since there is caffeine in this blend from the green tea, make sure to drink it in the morning.Â
