Ingredients

  • Fresh organic ginger (about a ½ inch piece)

  • Fresh organic turmeric (about a ½ inch piece)

  • ½ Tbsp organic honey (local when possible!)

  • ¼ tsp ceylon cinnamon

  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)

  • 2 slices organic lemon

  • 1 dropper full of our organic herbal tincture, Crampy!

Directions

Step 1

Warm up your water on the stove.

Step 2

Cut up your fresh ginger and turmeric and peel the skin.

Step 3

Place the ginger, turmeric and lemon slices in a mug and pour warm water overtop.

Step 4

Stir in the honey and cinnamon.

Step 5

Add in Crampy tincture and stir with your cinnamon stick once water cools down and is no longer boiling (100F or less).

Step 6

Enjoy! This tonic provides natural relief for period cramps rapidly. You should feel the improvement in cramps and discomfort within 15 minutes.
