Take care of your ladies with a daily breast massage using this herbal oil! This herbal oil stimulates lymphatic circulation within the breasts and reduces inflammation, which helps to alleviate breast swelling and tenderness, and to boost breast immunity. This recipe was adapted from Rosemary Gladstar's "Love-My-Breasts Massage Oil" as written in her book, Herbal Recipes for Vibrant Health.

When it comes to healthy breasts, healthy hormones is a must. To support your hormone production, metabolism, and regulation, try our organic herbal tincture, Soothe, for balanced hormones, PMS management, and regulated cycles.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz organic almond oil
  • 2 tbsp castor oil
  • 1/4 oz dried organic calendula flowers
  • 1/4 oz dried organic comfrey leaf
  • 6 drops organic lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops pine organic essential oil
  • Optional: Rosemary adds 3 drops of rosemary into hers, as well as 6 drops of pokeroot tincture for fibrocystic conditions. However, I decided to leave pokeroot out since it can be irritating to the skin, and calendula supports with fibcrocystic conditions too.

Directions:

1. Combine the almond oil, castor oil, calendula, and comfrey into a bowl.

2. Heat the mixture up using a double broiler. If you don't have a double broiler, use a glass bowl that fits on top of your pot. Add water to your pot, bring to a low simmer, and place the bowl of oil and herbs on top. Let the pot simmer with the bowl on top for 30-45 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and let cool.

4. Strain out the oil using an unbleached cotton cheese cloth.

5. Pour into glass storage bottles, mason jar, or tinctures.

Enjoy!
